What are the Minimums for Manufacturing my Custom Products?
Minimum quantities are based upon the formula itself. It is usually not less than 250,000 doses (capsules, tablets), but the minimum can be higher. We really don't have set minimums.

How do custom formulas get submitted to Marlyn?
Contract sales department must be contacted prior to submitting a formula for quotation and should request a non-disclosure form to be signed and faxed back to Marlyn. The formula/s can be submitted via e-mail or fax to the contract sales department: US: (Daniel Gulick or Dalila Orozco) International (Congcong Xie)

Do you use only Natural ingredients?
It all depends on your manufacturing budget. We have some synthetic forms of raw material that are used instead of the all-natural ones.

Can Marlyn provide special packaging such as Blister Packs, Sample Cards, Display Boxes, etc.?
Yes we can. Let us know your needs and we’ll discuss the best way to accommodate them.

How do I get a label for my Custom Product?
The supplement facts panel is provided with every quote. Our customers are responsible for the artwork and for purchasing labels. Our QC department will verify that the supplement facts are accurate before letting the customer know that it is approved for printing.

How much lead time does Marlyn need to complete an order?
We usually require a 6-8 week lead time, depending on the raw materials. 

Are Marlyn's products manufactured according to GMP guidelines?
To serve our clients and maintain our own standards, our facility passes United States Pharmacopeia inspections and our Standard Operational Procedures not only comply with the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices—they exceed them

Is there an extra cost (upcharge) for special formulas?
All formula quotes are dependent on the raw material ingredients.
